Pond Home charges a monthly fee for resident rooms that vary based on the size of the room. We accept private funds and long term care insurance. For more information please call our office.
Directions
FROM THE BOSTON AREA
Southeast Expressway – South out of Boston,
onto Route 128 heading North.
Take Route 95 South
Follow Route 95 to Route 1 South exit towards Foxboro
Take Exit 9, merge onto Route 1 South
Follow Route 1 South for approx. 5 miles
Take Right onto Main Street (just after Chase Building Supply) sign
To Route 140 Foxboro/Wrentham
Take Left onto Route 140 North (East Street) towards Wrentham
Follow for approx. 1 ½ miles
Pond Home will be on your right.
The Pond Home is a large yellow & white estate with a circular drive
and a green sign in front.
FROM NORTH/WEST OF BOSTON – RTE. 128
Take Route 128 South to Route 95
Follow as Above.
FROM ROUTE 495 – NORTH or SOUTH (see both options)
Option 1:
Take Exit 14a – Route 1 North – Foxboro/ Wrentham
Immediately cross over into the left hand lane and take
First Left onto Madison Street (gray office building on corner)
Follow Madison to end approx. 1 ¾ miles(it is a residential street).
Take Right at Stop sign onto East Street (Route 140)
Pond Home will be immediately on your left.
Option 2:
Take Exit 15 – Route 1A North – Wrentham/Norfolk
At end of ramp take a left onto Route 1A North (South Street
Follow Route 1A for approximately 2 miles to center of town into Wrentham’s small shopping center and bear right on Common Street. Merge with Route 140/East Street. Pond Home will be on your left approximately ½ mile down the road.
